Elizabeth C Jenquin

Elizabeth was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, on March 26, 1939, to Clement and Frances Mondloch. She graduated from Sheboygan Central High School. Over the course of her life, she called several places home, including Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Santa Barbara, creating lasting friendships and cherished memories wherever she lived.

Elizabeth will be remembered for her warmth, creativity, devotion to her family, and commitment to her community. For many years, she was an active member of St. Nicholas Parish, where she generously volunteered her time and talents. She served as a leader for both Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts and was involved with the Parish Council and Fall Festival. Her willingness to serve others reflected her caring nature and her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.

Elizabeth loved creating things with her hands. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, needlepointing, and quilting, always finding joy in turning her creativity and talent into something beautiful. She was an accomplished and award-winning quilter, and her quilts will remain treasured reminders of her life, her creativity, and the love she shared with her family and friends.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband, Robert Jenquin; her children, Michael (Alison) Fuerst, Cathy (jeff) Tkachuk, Mary Graf (Mark Tuffey), and Tony Fuerst (Amy Guiffre); her stepchildren, Kathleen and Michael Jenquin; her son-in-law, Charles Goins; her sisters, Lorraine Bauer and Mary Rath; 17 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Sara Goins; her parents, Clement and Frances Mondloch; her sister, Ruth Magritz; brothers-in-law Richard Magritz and Dan Rath; nieces Christine Koehler and Patti Rath; and nephew Bill Rath.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, from 1:00 PM until the service at 2:00 PM at The Chapel of the Chimes at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, WI 53005. Private interment will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.

Elizabeth’s family extends a special thank you to the staff at Anita’s Gardens and Brighton Hospice for the compassion and care they provided for Elizabeth and her family.

Elizabeth leaves behind a lifetime of love, family, friendship, service, and beautiful creations that will continue to bring joy to those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
