Isabel was born on January 1, 1927 in Puerto Rico to the late Gustavo and Dionisa Nieves.
Visitation at WITKOWIAK FUNERAL HOME, 529 W. Historic Mitchell St., Milwaukee, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow in Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
