Myrna Elliott

Myrna “Candy” Elliott passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 83. She was the beloved wife of Mike Elliott, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage.

She is survived by her sister, Bobbie Cirel; children: Scott Elliott, Robin Elliott Beck, Blake Elliott (Carrie Elliott), and Kelly Kubicki (the late Scott Kubicki); her grandchildren: Mackenzie Beck, Kendall Fletcher (Ben Fletcher), Kennedy Beck, Brayden Elliott, Landry Elliott, Keegan Kubicki, Tallyn Kubicki, and Baylee Elliott; and her great-granddaughter, Bentlee Beck.

Myrna was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Elliott; her parents, Herbert and Sadie Bresnick; and her sister, Gale Swerdlick.

Family was the heart of Myrna’s life. She took deep pride in watching her children grow into parents themselves and delighted in seeing her grandchildren thrive in sports, dance, and other pursuits. She especially treasured time spent baking with her granddaughters, caring for the many dogs who were part of her life over the years, and watching hummingbirds visit her porch each summer.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the caregivers at Elizabeth Residence in Bayside, WI, Brookdale Senior Living in Arizona, and the dedicated nurses and hospice staff who offered compassion and support. A special thank you goes to Robin Elliott Beck for opening her home and heart to care for Myrna, and to Kennedy Beck for the love and time shared with Nana in her final days.

Myrna’s life will be celebrated on what would have been her 84th birthday, July 10, 2025, at 2:30 PM in the Chapel of the Flowers at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI 53005. There will be no visitation prior to the service. A private family
