Robert D. Kotecki

Robert D. Kotecki, passed away peacefully Nov. 29, 2011 in Brookfield. Born in Milwaukee May 31, 1924. He is survived by his wife Virginia (nee Erdmann), son Michael (Kate), sister Rose Marie (Don) Shotola, and other family and friends. Son of the late Andrew and the late Martha Kotecki, brother of the late Esther Myszel and the late Stanley Kotecki.

Robert was a proud WWII veteran and member of US Army 658th Amphibian Tractor Battalion which served in the South Pacific. He was also a 40-year veteran of Square D Company. He and Virginia recently celebrated 60 years together.

Visitation 4 to 6 PM, Friday, Dec. 2 at St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus Chapel, 3800 N. 92nd St., Milwaukee. Funeral Mass at 6 PM in the Chapel. Entombment service 10 AM, Saturday, Dec. 3 at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel.
