Tim is my cousin. We spent some summers in Wisconsin, where we stayed with Aunt Lois. I just heard of Tim's passing through my sister, Heather Carter. The Baldwin family sends their condolences to Aunt Lois and family and to Tim's family.

Sorry to hear about Tim.  I will miss him much.  He is one of the first persons I got to know in the hunt test games and gave me a great impression of what it was all about.  He is one of the first persons that I judged a Master with and he taught me a lot.

Cindy, It's hard to express how saddened I am about Tim's passing. He was such a kind, loving and fun person to know. I will miss the chatty banter with him when he would call you at work and I will miss his amazing and genuine smile and laughter. My heart goes out to you and his family.
