She leaves loving memories to be cherished by her husband of 20 years; Ed Barker, brothers; Greg (Ellen) Vieaux, Bryan (Kelly) Vieaux and sister Karen (Tony) MacCudden, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as members of Ed’s family. Also survived by countless “Barn Friends”, work colleagues, along with other relatives and many friends. Vicki’s parents Barb and Larry Vieaux, surely greeted her upon her arrival in her forever home.
Vicki was passionate about her work with Hologic and made a difference in the fight against breast cancer for over 30 years. She devoted her free time to her horses and dogs, which she loved, while traveling with Ed and family was always a highlight. She was a very proud Aunt who also spent many hours supporting her nephews and nieces at their sporting and musical events.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Angel’s Grace Hospice as they lovingly took care of Vicki and the family during her stay there. Each one of you is gift from God and Vicki’s family will be forever grateful.
A ceremony celebrating Vicki’s life will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday May 7, 2014 at Wisconsin Memorial Park-Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, WI 53005. A reception will follow.
Vicki’s family will greet relatives and friends before the service from 4:00-5:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Angels Grace Hospice, PanCAN.org, Susan B Komen Foundation or Frontrangeequinerescue.org are greatly appreciated.
