Allen G. Gelb

Allen G. Gelb of Rio Verde, AZ and Mashpee, MA passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012 after a prolonged illness. The beloved husband of Christine (Szretter) and the late Noemi (Better), he is also survived by his children, Bruce Gelb, Dana Gelb Safran, and their spouses Lisa Belkin and Alan Safran; his grandchildren Ali, Michael, and Caroline Safran and Evan and Alex Gelb; and his niece Deborah Isaacson. His photographs, love of life, endless optimism and joy in family live on after him. Services at Temple Beth Avodah, 45 Puddingstone Lane, Newton, on Monday, July 30 at Noon. Burial at Temple Emeth Memorial Park, 776 Baker St., West Roxbury.
