Dear Aunt Dolly and Cousins David, Betsy, Debby & Mitch,
Please know our thoughts are with you, as is our love. Ubby was blessed to have all of you and his grandchildren in his life for so many good and healthy years. He got to experience the great happiness of a strong, supportive wife and share the joy and pride of raising two good-looking children who turned out to be fine, successful adults. He had a rich life.
Although we grieve his passing, we want you to know that we have very vivid mental photographs of our uncle - and all of you too, Dolly, David, Debby (not to mention Jingles!) - particularly from years ago at your home in Canton. Memories have the amazing power of traveling unfaded through time, staying fresh and clear, as if they were formed just yesterday.
All of you have many more memories of Ubby - many of them are precious, some private, serious, others happy, funny - and that is a great gift. We pray that Ubby has found peace where pain cannot touch him. In our hearts and thoughts he will live on.
Our love to all of you,
Linda & Donna

Dear Aunty Dolly,
I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Ubby's passing. I have such wonderful memories of coming to your house in Canton getting to play with David's train set when I was a kid and trips to the beach in Gloucester with all of our families. I unfortunately will be out of town on the day of the funeral and will call you when I return. Love from me and my family.
