Dear Fain Family, I am the daughter of Martin Silver and granddaughter of Harry and Rose Silver. I am so sorry to just be learning about your precious mother. Even though I was young, I do remember her kindness to my mother and to us after the death of my father. I would very much like to get in touch with members of the Silver family. If you are ever willing, my number is 512-924-5287. In prayer and remembrance, Nanci G. Silver Boice

I had the pleasure of meeting Ann at Jon and Janine's - she was a terrific lady, and I am so happy I got to know her - even just a few times.
I'll be thinking of your family at this sad time.

Dear Susan, Lauren and Scott,
My folks just told me of you mom's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Mrs. Fain with fondness, and though it's been many years, I still picture her in your kitchen. I recall her keen interest in others, her advice, her talent as a writer, and her wry sense of humor. She had so much love for you all, for your dad, and Cookie too. You are all in my thoughts. I wish you comfort and peace.

Lauren, Scott and Susan,
I feel honored to have known your mother! What a wonderful mother she was! She taught me how to be a mother when I didn't even realize it. I love all of you and we will continue to laugh and cry about the stories and memories of your mother and father growing up. Now she is out of pain and at peace.
Love you all.
