Arthur had a wonderful energy about him. I will always remember him as charming and warm with a remarkable smile that could cheer anyone up. He certainly was able to make a little sister, who felt left out, smile and laugh and feel better.  I wish I was there in person to send my condolences to the Rashkovetsky family at this time.
