Benjamin Ben Michael Labb

Benjamin Michael Labb, 72, of Exeter, NH, formerly of Newton died Monday, December 10 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. Born March 14, 1940, Ben was a loving father to Frank & his wife Laura Labb, Rebecca & her husband Ross Morrison, Joshua Labb, and Jessica& her husband Steve Leeman; devoted Papa to Emily & Ashley Domoracki and Lianna & Ty Labb. He is survived by his brother Paul & his wife Nancy Labb, sister Nancy & her husband Peter Nottonson, and brother James Labb. Lifelong friends Stephen Dretler and Sheldon Ganz, as well as former wife Kathleen Gambino Labb and many nieces and nephews will cherish their memories of Ben.

Ben, a prominent business owner in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire, was also a volunteer firefighter in Stratham, New Hampshire, a Justice of the Peace, and a long-time volunteer at the Weston (MA) Council on Aging.

Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline on Wednesday, December 12 at 10:00am. Burial in the Ohavey Sedeck Cemetery, 350 Grove St., West Roxbury. Visiting for family and friends will be immediately following the burial until 8pm at the home of Nancy & Peter Nottonson. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that friends make donations in Ben’s name to the charity of their choice.
