Eleanor Lillian Rose, age 99, of Chestnut Hill on Friday, January 3, 2014. Devoted wife of the late Irving Rose. Loving mother of Dr. Cynthia Rose of Colorado Springs and Janice B. Rose of S. Natick. Cherished grandmother of Dr. Alexandra Labovitz, Scott David Berry, Craig Alexander Richman and the late Daniel Irving Berry and great grandmother of Benjamin Daniel Labovitz and Elise Caitlin Labovitz. Dear sister of the late Daniel, Paul and Perry Fox.
Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Wednesday, January 8 at 11:30am. Interment at Boylston Lodge Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury. Memorial observance at the home of Janice Rose following the interment through 5pm and continuing from 7-9pm.
