Dear Larry and family,
I was saddened to hear that dear Elisabeth passed away recently. I was lucky to have met her at Lexington Community Center's Needles group. 
Moving to Lexington after living 30 years in my house in Wellesley was a bit daunting, to say the least. What a joy it was to meet Elisabeth. During my first visit to Needles I recall that she jumped up to fetch a calendar of events for me, the newbie. Not until much later did I learn that Elisabeth was the one who started Needles. She kept that under her hat!
Elisabeth had a knack of turning an ordinary chance meeting into a friendly visit. When I ran into her in town she'd stop to chat rather than continue on with her shopping. Yes, she was a sweet, caring person. I shall miss seeing her in the gym, at Needles, and around town.

Dear David, Dana and Michael, 
I was sad to hear the news of your mom's passing today when I talked to my. She always was the "paint rock pool police" and made us all laugh, smile and follow those rules. In a good way! She will surely be missed. Sending hugs and warm thoughts your way. The neighborhood will never be the same without her.
