Elise G. Glazier Waterman

Elise (Glazier) Waterman, of Riverdale, NY, formerly of Chestnut Hill on Thursday, September 18, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Stanley F. Waterman. Loving mother of Lynne & Andrew Stewart and Jane G. Waterman. Adored grandmother of Sarah and Carley Stewart. Dear sister of Peter & Penny Glazier, Murray Meltzer & the late Adrienne Meltzer. A graduate of Beaver Country Day School, Sarah Lawrence College and the Harvard-Radcliffe Program in Business Administration, Elise went on to have a distinguished career in healthcare administration. She was also a passionate volunteer, holding positions on the boards of the Harvard Club and Beaver Country Day School as well as chairing the board of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society from which she received the coveted Hope Award. Graveside services at the Plymouth Rock Cemetery, 1000 Pearl St., Brockton on Sunday, September 21st at 1:00 p.m. Shiva will held on Monday, September 22nd and Tuesday, September 23rd from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the home of Lynne and Andrew Stewart in Tenafly, NJ. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in her honor to The Stanley F. Waterman Memorial Lecture Fund, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England Chapter, 101A First Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451.
