Evelyn (Sowa) Golden, of Brookline, formerly of New Bedford on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Herbert H. Golden. Devoted mother of Robert S. Golden and his wife Nancy of Hampstead, NH, Steven E. Golden and his wife Dianne of Bedford and the late Barry A. Golden and his surviving wife Allison of Boca Raton, FL. Loving grandmother of Daria Cunningham of Watertown, Heather Levine, Marissa Janeway, Andra Glick, Matthew Hahn and Joshua Hahn all of Florida. Also survived by loving great grandchildren. Dear sister of Peter Sowa of New Bedford and the late Jessie Walczak of Chicoppe and Mel Loader of Hyannis. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services were held at the Levine Chapels in Brookline on Sunday, March 5. Interment followed at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to your local Lions Club
