Evelyn R. Stern (Salomon), age 94, of Brookline, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Thursday, February 6, 2014. Evelyn was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph Stern and her cherished granddaughter Elisabeth Bertman. Devoted mother of Michael Stern & his wife Joan, Karen Bertman & her husband Stan, and Debbie Given & her husband John. Adored Nana of Harry & Allison, Ben, Suzie & Justin, David & Gitit, Robby & Anna, Jonathan & Elizabeth, Danny & Tara, Amy & Eric, and Nana G. of Eva, Danny, Connor, Matthew, Charlie, George, Zohara, Adam and Judah. Dear sister of Bernice Pollock. Fond aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Sunday, February 9 at 10:00AM. Burial at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Following burial, memorial observance will be at her late residence until 4:00PM.
