Faye G. Yaffe

Faye G. Yaffe peacefully passed away on April 13, 2023 at the age of 88 surrounded by family. She was very loved and will be terribly missed.

She was predeceased by husband, Cyrus A. Yaffe, daughter, Audrey Yaffe, parents, David and Ruth (Levine) Katz, and brother, Seymour (Sonny) Katz. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Yaffe; daughter, Robyn Lebowitz and her husband, Scott Lebowitz; sister, Dr. Lorraine Cates; grandson, Zachary Lebowitz and his wife, Wendy (Thomas) Lebowitz; grandson, Andrew Lebowitz and his wife, Heather (Rea) Lebowitz; grandson, Jacob Lebowitz and his wife, Ally (Troy) Lebowitz; grandson, Alexander Lebowitz; and great-granddaughters, Delaney, Tova, Katherine, and Madeline.

A graveside service will be held in her honor at 11:00am on Sunday, April 16 at Temple Emeth Memorial Park, Baker Street, West Roxbury, MA. Following the service there will be a reception at The Kendrick, 275 2nd Avenue, Needham, MA from 1:00-5:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation in memory of Faye's late daughter, Audrey Yaffe.
