Florence C. (Colmes) Linn, of Newton, on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. For 66 years, she was the beloved wife of Sylvan Linn. Loving mother of Richard of Seattle WA, Jonathan & Penny of Belfast, ME, Steven of Salem and Andrew & Anna of Dennis. Adored grandmother of Matthew, Ryan, Rebecca, Emily and great grandmother of Hazel. Dear sister of the late Robert and Eugene Colmes. Fond aunt of several nieces and nephews. Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline on Friday, June 26 at 10:30am. Burial in Temple Emeth Memorial Park, 776 Baker St., West Roxbury. Memorial observance immediately following the burial through 6pm at her late residence and continuing Saturday, in the Cabot Park Village Community Room 12:30-2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice.
