Frances B. Brezner Shuman

Frances graduated from Wellesley College, class of 1943, with a Bachelors degree in French.

Beloved wife of the late Robert S. Shuman. Loving mother of Steve & Kathleen of Marstons Mills, Jon & Jean of Mashpee and Mel & Robin of Brookline. Adored grandmother of Nathaniel, Caitlin & Alex, Shannon & Al, Faeland, Josh & Grace, Cliff & Margot, Lauren & Ofer, Rachel, Matt and great grandmother of Olivia, Keke, Aisling, Noah and McKinley. Dear sister of Vivian Freeman of Brookline and the late Ernest Brezner, Esther Snider Berman and Beatrice Abrams. Devoted daughter of the late Nathan & Eva (Michelson) Brezner.

Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline on Tuesday, September 6 at 1:30pm.

Burial in the Beth El Cemetery, 776 Baker St., West Roxbury.

Memorial observance at the home of Mel & Robin Shuman immediately following the burial through 8pm and continuing Wednesday from 2-4pm & 6:30-8:30pm and Thursday at the home of Steve & Kathleen Shuman from 4-7pm.
