We send along our sincere sympathy and best wishes. Ray and Gert were the first people we met when we came to Naples and they convinced us to purchase property here. Gert was always keenly interested in our daughters and grandchildren and both Gert and Ray extended many kindnesses to our family over the years. With Gert's passing, the "old guard" of original residents on Jackson Cove Road is no longer with us. They have left quite a legacy of good memories.

Our best to Barbara, Merry and Leah from the Yale Family.

My mother, Anne Cohen Berman, adored her cousin Gert.. mom always said Gert was her ‘favorite’ cousin. And, I’ll always remember Cousin Gert’s mellifluous voice, infectious laugh, and exquisite taste.

Extending my warmest thoughts to the Wolfson family as you mourn while celebrating her life .

Gert and I are very good friends. As such, it is hard to imagine not discussing the events of the day or the 'old times' in Naples, Maine where our families spent decades together as next door neighbors. She and I would chat several times a week on the phone with Gert asking, "So what's cooking?" and "Did you see in the Bridgton News that there's a lobster roll diner at the church...?" She was both inquiring and inspiring...a genuine, fun, and classy lady. I miss my friend but somehow believe that I will always be able to hear her voice. May angels tend her spirit and ours as well. Peace and sunshine, Irene Reilly
