Mr. Irving J. Cohen

He was the beloved husband of 68 years to Elinor M. (Katzeff) Cohen.

Devoted father of Joel Cohen and his wife Rosalind and Burt Cohen and his wife Barbara. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Jim and his wife Corinne, Jeff and his wife Alicia, Melissa Ransom and her husband Matt, Lisa Waters and her husband Sam. Proud great-grandfather of Chelsea, Preston, Jeremie, Abby, Andrew, Samantha, Maggie and Margaret.

Loving brother of the late Dorothy Rothberg and the late Archie Cohen.

Funeral services will take place at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 1668 Beacon Street, BROOKLINE on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 at 12:00 Noon. Interment to follow at Shara Tfilo Cemetery (Baker Street Jewish Cemetery), W. Roxbury.

Memorial observance to be held Sunday following interment until 7:30 PM at the home of Burt & Barbara Cohen.
