Cohen-Jack A., of Brookline, MA, formerly of Winchester, KY, passed away on July 9, 2015. Beloved husband of Doris (Miller) Cohen. Devoted father of Allan Cohen and his wife Kathleen of Brookline, MA, and Herbert Cohen and his wife Elizabeth, of Allentown, PA. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan, Emma, Daniel, & David Cohen.
