Jack Wasserman, 82, of New York and Penobscot, Maine on Thursday, December 12, 2013. For 60 years he was the beloved husband of the late Charlotte Z. (Shucard) Wasserman. Devoted father of Gary Wasserman and his wife Debbie, Sue Ann Wasserman and her husband Yale Lansky, and Karen Wasserman and her partner Betsy Hinden. Loving grandfather of Marc, Philip, Henry, Jayla and Ranan. Dear brother of Irv Wasserman, and brother-in-law of Susan Wasserman and Ginny Ben-Ari.
Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline on Sunday, December 15 at 10:30am. Burial in the Shara Tfilo Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury. Shiva on Sunday at the home of Karen & Betsy from 3-5pm with minyan at 4pm continuing on Monday from 5-7pm with minyan at 7pm. Continuing on Tuesday at the home of Sue Ann and Yale from 5-7pm with minyan at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
