CROSBY, Jason L. "Buddy" 86, passed away on Tuesday, June 19th, at home after a long and heroic battle with the aftereffects of cancer treatment. He was deeply cherished by his wife Janice, daughter Jacqueline and husband Brian Rosher, brother Norm and wife Joan Crosby, nephews Daniel Crosby, Andrew and wife Maggie Crosby, niece Michele and husband James Pickren. He is also survived by three great-nieces and one great-nephew, and several cousins. Buddy, son of the late Jack and Ann Crosby of Dorchester, served in the Army in Germany during the Korean War and had been a Mason for over 60 years. He worked for many years in the travel business, at the Interface Group, and until his passing, for the Las Vegas Sands Corp. His charm, humor, zest for life, and big heart endeared him to all who knew him, and he will be sorely missed. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11:30 AM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 1668 Beacon St., BROOKLINE. Interment to follow at Independent Pride of Boston Cemetery, 776 Baker St., West Roxbury.
