Jill M. Marin Fiering

Jill (Marin) Fiering, of Chestnut Hill, passed away on May 3, 2014 surrounded by friends and family, at the age of 78. Adored wife of the late Mike Fiering. Devoted mother to Lisa Fiering, Suzanne Nissen & her husband Kip, and CHERISHED Grammy to Max. Loving sister to Barbara Liebert of Great Barrington and the late Jon Marin and a card carrying member of The Women of Substance. Jill lived a life of grace, courage and generosity with her doors and heart open to all; the world has lost a champion for the underdog. She will be greatly missed. Services at Temple Beth Elohim, 10 Bethel Rd., Wellesley on Tuesday, May 6 at 10:00am. Immediately following the burial in the New Town Cemetery, 357 Concord Rd., Sudbury, memorial observance will be at the home of Suzanne & Kip Nissen through 9pm and continue Wednesday and Thursday from 1:30–4:00pm & 7:00–9:00pm each day.
