Lester E. Chase

CHASE, Lester E. of Framingham formerly of Worcester, entered into rest Sept. 17, 2012. Beloved husband of Cynthia (Cohen) Chase. Dear son of the late Herbert & Dora (Brunell) Chase. Devoted father of Jillian Chase-Delaflor and her husband Louis of Nashua, NH; Scott Chase and his wife Coree of Framingham; Suzanne Chase-Brooks of Marlborough; Stephanie Chase-Stankard and her husband Charles of Lincoln. Loving brother of June Goodman of Peabody and the late Burton Chase. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer Wilder-Porter, Alexandra Singer, Jonathan Peterson, Gershon Chase, Michelle Chase, Chase Brooks, Ashlie Brooks, Sara Stankard and Emily Stankard. Beloved son-in-law of the late George & Eleanor Cohen. Mr. Chase was the owner of Chase Catering and Vending in Worcester for over 35 years. He was a Mason at the Level Lodge in Worcester for many years. Lester served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. He loved boating, was an avid Red Sox fan, enjoyed time spent on the Cape, but cherished nothing more than time with his family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Thursday Sept. 20th at 12 Noon at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St., BROOKLINE. Interment to follow at Framingham-Natick Jewish Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather immediately following interment at his late residence.
