Louise H. (Kahalas) Snyder, of Boston, entered into rest on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Saul J. Snyder, aka Paul Jordan, with whom she shared 59 years of marriage prior to his passing in 2011.
Louise was the devoted mother of Howard Snyder of Watertown, and loving sister of Harold Rappaport of CT. In addition to her cherished husband, Saul, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Henry Kahalas, Harvey Kahalas, and Marty Kahalas; and by her sister, Ruth Sahl.
A Funeral Service for Louise will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 28, at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, CANTON, MA. Interment will immediately follow, at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, SHARON, MA.
Memorial observance will take place on Sunday afternoon, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the home of Howard Snyder.
