Marlene (Blinder) Clayton, age 79, of Chestnut Hill, on Friday, November 14, 2014. For 56 years she was the beloved wife of the late Frederic Sumner Clayton. Loving mother of Paul & Hildete Clayton, Ronna & Michael Benjamin, Aaron Clayton & the late Wendy Schnipper Clayton, and Michael Clayton & Alison Freed. Cherished grandmother of Emma Clayton, Anne, Eddie, and Melissa Benjamin, Michal and Elianna Clayton, and Lauren, Emily and Lexi Clayton. Devoted sister of Roberta Milton & her husband Marvin, and daughter of the late Lillian and Louis Blinder. Fond aunt to her nieces and nephews. Services at Temple Emeth, 194 Grove St., Chestnut Hill on Sunday, November 16 at 1:00PM. Burial in Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham St., Sharon. Memorial observance Sunday following burial until 8:30PM; Monday and Tuesday from 2-5PM and 6:30-8:30PM at her late residence. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
