Mildred (Cummins) Lookner of Needham, formerly of Hyde Park, on Friday, November 21, 2014. For 59 years, the beloved wife of Abraham S. Lookner. Loving mother of Lawrence Lookner, Paula Lookner Markman & her husband Steve, and Taryn Lookner. Cherished grandmother of Glenn and Beth. Dear sister of Herbert Cummins & his wife Dorothy, Toby Orel & her husband Stanley, and Myron Cummins & his wife Marjorie. Fond aunt to her many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Sunday, November 23 at 10:30am. Burial at Shara Tfilo Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury. Following the burial, memorial observance will be at the kosher home of Paula & Steve Markman until 5:00pm and 7-9:00pm, and on Monday, 3-5:00pm and 7-9:00pm. Mildred was proud to be a life member and contributor to Hadassah. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hadassah or a charity of one’s choice.
