

Born in Romania, Mollie arrived in this country at the age of 15 and graduated from Chelsea High School. A homemaker, she later worked as a nursing assistant at Mt. Auburn Hospital until her retirement.
She was an active member and officer of Na'amat Women chapters in Chelsea and Brighton and was a participant at Temple B'Nai Moshe in Brighton. At Ulin House, where she lived, she volunteered from many years at the front desk.
For 56 years, she was the beloved wife of the late Sydney. Devoted mother of Norman & Rosalind Finkelstein of Framingham and Linda & Dr. Jonas Galper of Brookline. Loving grandmother of Jeffrey & Dr. Jennifer Finkelstein, Robert Finkelstein, Risa & Kenneth Sugarman, Drs. Sharon & Shamai Grossman, Allan & Tamar Galper, David & Dr. Shira Galper, Drs. Benjamin & Merav Galper and Rachel & David Borden and great grandmother of Tova and Joseph Finkelstein, Iliana Sugarman, Naamah, Ezra, Atira, Meira, Tehila, Elianna, Netanel and Akiva Grossman, Eitan, Daniel and Liana Galper, Elan, Avi and Meital Galper and Jonathan Galper. Dear sister of the late Abraham Fooks, Philip Fox, Harry Fooks, Tillie Schwartz, Charles Fox and Bella Cohen.
Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Sunday, October 19 at 4:00pm.
Burial in the Roumanian American Cemetery, Buxton Rd., Danvers.
Shiva at the home of Dr. and Ms. Jonas Galper.
