Morton Backer, age 98, of Newton on Monday, January 30, 2017. For 69 years the beloved husband of Rae (Gale). Devoted father of James Backer & his wife Anny, Claire Backer, Louise Backer & her husband Nick Ciciretti. Loving grandfather of Tamara, Rebecca and Alexa. Services on Friday, February 3 at 10:00am at The Chapel at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.
Following the service, family and friends are welcome to Cabot Park Village, 280 Newtonville Avenue, Newton through 3:00pm.
