Morton B. Zeidman

Passed away on November 14, 2011

Morton Benjamin Zeidman of Framingham and Boynton Beach FL,, formerly of Brookline, passed away peacefully on Nov. 14th, 2011. Beloved husband of 50 years to Marcia (Feinberg), adoring father of Lisa, Nancy and her husband Thomas Peel, and the late Debra Sue Zeidman. Loving grandfather of Debra, Jennifer and Michael Peel. Dear brother of Dorothy Indeck and the late Beatrice Young. Devoted son of the late Fanny and Philip Zeidman. Morton was an active member at Temple Emeth of Chestnut HIll and Temple Israel of Natick. He was especially known for his beautiful tenor voice and sang in the temple choir for many years. He had a deep love of Judaism and was an active member and officer of the Zionist Organization of America. He was also a partner in the accounting firm Levine, Zeidman and Daitch. During his retirement years he enjoyed tennis, racquetball and performing in Yiddish plays in Florida. Services will be on Wednesday, November 16th at 11am at Levine Chapel, 470 Harvard St, Brookline. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Donations in Morton's memory may be made to The Debra Sue Zeidman Scholarship Fund c/o Temple Emeth,194 Grove St Chestnut Hill, 02467 or Sol Amor Hospice 415 Boston Turnpike Road, Suite 303, Shrewsbury MA 01545. Memorial observance immediately following interment at the home of Nancy and Tom Peel until 8pm, Thu. 4pm-8pm, Fri. 12-3pm and Sunday 2-5pm
