Pearl Cohen, 97, of Chestnut Hill. Entered into rest on February 3, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Cohen. Devoted mother of Larry Cohen and his wife Sheila of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Susan Jacobs and her husband Norman of Newton. Loving sister of the late Silvia Newman and Aaron Silverstein. Cherished grandmother of Dr. Amybeth Cohen and her husband Peter DeAngelis, Jeffrey Cohen and his wife Jennifer, Andrew Cohen and his wife Alison, Jon Jacobs and his wife Andrea, Ellen Blum and her husband Stephen. She is also survived by her loving great grandchildren Hannah, David, Rebecca, Zakary, Jacob, Kate, Lila and Anna and her dear caregivers Reva, Christine and Flona. Services will be at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St, BROOKLINE on Tuesday, February 5, at 10:00 AM. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park. Memorial observance at the home of Susan and Norman Jacobs following interment until 5:00 and 7-9:00 and on Wednesday, 2-5:00 and 7-9:00. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pearl’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
