Peter Sheldon Yozell

Peter SheldonYozell, of Weston, died peacefully at home with family by his side on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the age of 89. Mr. Yozell graduated from Lawrence Academy and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His studies were interrupted by three years of service in the United States Navy as a lieutenant. Mr. Yozell was founder and CEO of Yozell Associates of Boston. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jeanne (Wolf), by his children Emily Yozell & Enrique Pucci of Costa Rica, John & Abby Yozell of Dedham, James Yozell & Nivia Freitas of Brazil, and Sally Yozell & David Anderson of Washington D.C., his grandchildren Esme, Peter & Niko Yozell, Pablo & Giovanna Pucci and his nephew Stuart Lesses. Services will be held at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Wednesday, January 25 at 11 am. Interment at Linwood Cemetery, 180 Boston Post Rd. Bypass, Weston. Memorial observance at the family home in Weston following the burial through 8pm and continuing Thursday from 4pm-8pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Gifford School, 177 Boston Post Road, Weston, MA 02493 and the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, 161 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, MA 02115.
