It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death on October 20, 2018 of Rakhil Volfson, beloved mother of Lev (Luba) Volfson.
In addition to Lev and Luba, Rakhil leaves behind a legacy of family and friends: two other beloved children: Michael (Vera) and Sofia (Michael); six adoring grandchildren: Olga and Lena, Alex and Daniel, and Alex and Irina, as well as four doting great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Daniil.
Rakhil would have been 92 years old on October 29. She bravely figured out how to make a new life for herself and her family in a new country, making friends, keeping traditions and serving as a bridge between the old and new world. She will be sadly missed by all.

Shiva: Tuesday, October 23, 2018 and Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 5:30-7:30 PM at the home of Lev and Luba Volfson.
