Ralph Fleischmann

Ralph Fleischmann of Lexington, on June 19, 2022, age 94. Born in Newark, NJ to Arthur & Celia Fleischmann. For 53 years, he was the beloved husband of the late Marjorie S. (Gross), and for the last 17 years, the devoted partner of Billie H. Drew. Loving father of Jonathan & Ruth Fleischmann of Lexington, Merrill & Mark Indeck of Woburn, Arthur Fleischmann & Thiego Goncalves of Toronto, and daughter-in-law Tammy Starr of Toronto. Cherished grandfather of Sarah, Sydney, Alexa, Matthew, Taryn and Carly and great grandfather of Harrison. He also leaves Billie’s sons, Ethan Drew (Chris) of Meredith, NH and James-Moreau Drew (Astrea) of Boston, with whom he shared a special bond.

Ralph was a proud graduate of Rutgers University in Mechanical Engineering and received his Master’s in Engineering from NYU. For most of his career, he was in management of total quality engineering for the electronics industry.

He was an accomplished jazz & classical piano player, watercolor artist and photographer. He never stopped trying to solve problems, big and small. Family was at the core of everything he did. The man loved a good party.
