Renée (Pitariu) Haimovici of Dedham, formerly of Newton Centre, passed away on May 15, 2025, at the age of 90.
She was a Holocaust survivor, Romanian immigrant, dentist, and the devoted wife of Dr. Herman Haimovici for 50 years, prior to his death in 2009. Beloved mother of the late Dr. Robert Haimovici and former mother-in-law of Jeanne B. Ackman. Loving grandmother of Claudia and Andrew. Dear sister of David Pitariu and the late Gary Pitariu.
Services were held privately.
