Renee and Gordon were such a comfort to me whenever I visited my mom at Orchard Cove.  They always gave me a welcoming hello and their eyes expressed empathy with the changes and struggles my mom was going through, adjusting to her transition from Florida to Massachusetts.  Their devotion to one another was inspiring--you could feel the love wherever they went.  I will miss them very much, and I wish your entire extended group of family and friends many warm memories and joy in their name for all of your futures.

So sorry for the loss of two wonderful people.  I didn't know them well but the neighbors at Briarwood had such great things to say about them.  May they rest together, in peace.

My deepest condolences to the entire family on this loss. I grew up practically IN the Photo Shop with my dad working there for some time. I loved these two like second parents and saw all the good that came from their hearts. The world has surely lost two of the great ones. They will always remain in my heart.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.  I met your parents when I bought their condo in Indian Spring.  I remember how delightful they were.  They reminded me of my mom & dad.  I will keep them and you in my prayers.  May they rest, together, in peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Renee and Gordon. I adored them.  I remember my Mother (Nita) loved going to Vegas to gamble with Renee.  They would have a hoot together.  I spoke with Renee a few years ago and she told me of her love story with Gordon.  My deepest condolences to all of their kids, grandkids and all those that loved them

We were deeply saddened to learn your Dad passed, the only blessing losing both your parents within days is they are together again and would have wanted it that way. Renee and Gordy will be so deeply missed. Renee had such a generous spirit and really cared about bringing people together. I'll always remember how patiently she taught me canasta because she loved the game and wanted to share it with others so we could all play together. Our rummikub games were always a joy, and I loved watching her light up when she talked about her great grandchildren or shared stories from her days as a showgirl. She told those stories with such pride and happiness. Gordy was always by her side with such a gentle presence. Their devotion to one another was so beautiful to witness.

I'm so grateful I got to see them both this past Saturday. Thank you for sharing them with all of us who were blessed to know them. I feel fortunate to have known them and to have these memories.

I know the graveside service and shiva are private, but please know you are in my thoughts during this difficult time. May their memories be a blessing.

I have so many fond memories of your mom dating back many years. Her most wonderful quality was her generous spirit and your words in the obituary were spot on - her personality lit up a room.
