Rita (Levitt) Rao, Age 85, of Brookline, formerly of the West End, on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore “Sonny” Rao. Loving mother of Carl Rao & his wife Gina Ryan Rao, Anthony Rao & his partner Paul Napper, and Karen Rao & her husband James McCaskill. Cherished grandmother of Skeyler McCaskill. Rita was civic-minded and always looking out for the welfare of others. Private services have been held.
