Robert B. Cohen of Newton on Friday, November 20, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Diane G. (Fleischman). Devoted father of Michael Cohen & his wife Elissa of Stoughton, Cheryl Cohen Leahy & her husband Christopher of Newton, and Lisa H. Cohen of Stoughton. Dear grandfather of Samantha, Courtney, Joshua, and Jessica. Predeceased in death by his brother Gerald “Lenny” Cohen and sisters Dorothy Freedman, and Jeanette Feinstein.

Services at the Levine Chapel, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Monday, November 23 at 10:30am. Interment at the Shara Tfilo Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury. Memorial observance at his late residence Monday following the interment, continuing Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-4:00 and 6-9:00pm each day. Mr. Cohen was a well-loved teacher of chemistry and took pride in his students at Brookline High School and Maimonides School.
