Robert Silverman of Roslindale, Massachusetts passed away on August 12, 2025 at the age of 74. Bob grew up in Newton, Massachusetts. Bob was a lifelong radio broadcaster; known as “Bob Stuart”, he worked at WXRV, 92.5 the River, for many years.
He is predeceased by his parents Alan and Estelle Silverman and survived by his son Adam Silverman, granddaughters Chloe and Celine, and brother Stuart Silverman and his wife Patricia.
A graveside service will be held August 19, 2025 at 11:45 AM at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, MA. Following interment, the family will receive visitors at Stuart & Patricia’s home until 5 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bob’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
