Roman Gofman, born on April 5, 1944, in Moscow, Russia, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, at the age of 81. Son of Gregory and Sofia Gofman. Loving Husband of Valentina Shekhter for 42 years. Adored Father of Irene (Ari) Brettman. Beloved grandfather of Nathan, Yael, Ilan, and a new bundle of joy on the way

A graveside service will be held at Mohliver Cemetery, located at 776 Baker Street, Boston, MA, 02132, on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
Immediately following the service, the family will be gathering at Irene and Avi's residence.
