Ronne Epstein Harris, 80, died at home with her husband, Jerry, at her side. She also leaves her children Kevin and Kara of Oakland, California; Stacey and Jessie of Williamsburg, Virginia, their children Zion, and Torin; her brother Paul and Sandy and their extended family. Other than her love for family, Ronne loved dance, art, and feeding children. Her snack drawer was always open to them. She grew up in Clifton, New Jersey, graduated Montclair State Teachers College with a degree in Art History. She then graduated Lesley College with a Master’s Degree. Her Master’s Thesis, “Caught in the Middle,” was a study of the use of art therapy techniques as a midlife crisis tool for women. Ronne practiced Expressive Therapy for the next 20 years in several sites in the Boston area, equally comfortable working with troubled adolescents, women in crisis, the elderly or schizophrenics.
Ronne's funeral service will be held on Friday April 7 at 11am at Temple Isaiah, 55 Lincoln Street, Lexington.
