

Oransky, Rose (Yudkofsky - Woodcoff) of Natick, formerly of Needham and Milton, died peacefully in her sleep on July 31, eleven days after her 100th birthday. She was a daughter of the late Rebecca and Samuel Woodcoff of Revere. She was the wife of the late Arthur, of Milton. She is survived by her brother Harry Woodcoff of Huntington Beach, CA, her sister-in-law Beverly Yudkofsky of St. Petersburg, FL, and her three children, Marlene and Mark Yesley of Newton, Ruth and Paul Richards of Needham, and Alan and Julie Oransky of Needham. She leaves seven grandchildren: Ellen Silberman, Suzy Yesley, Pamela Pettus, David Richards, Heather Tamposi, Marianne McEvoy, and Erica Lockwood. She was the proud great-grandmother of nineteen great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 3, 11:00 am at Shepetovka Cemetery, Baker Street, West Roxbury. A memorial observance will be held immediately following the service at the home of Alan and Julie Oransky. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
