Rudolph Kass, age 90, entered into rest on Friday, June 4, 2021, in the company of his family. He was the beloved husband of the late Helen (Kahn) Kass, until her death in 2016. He is survived by his devoted children, Elizabeth, Susan, and Peter; and his cherished grandchildren, Joanna, Claudia and Maria Guadelupe.

A memorial service for Judge Kass will be scheduled at a later date.
