Ruth J. Gordon, 92, of Boca Raton, FL. and Cape Cod MA, formerly of Newton MA, on July 7, 2017, after a brief illness. Beloved wife of the late Sumner G. Gordon. Cherished mother of Dr. Linda Gordon and husband Dr. Philip Hanno and Roger Gordon and wife Ilene Gordon. Adoring grandmother of Alexa and Jarret Gordon and Rebecca, Adam, and David Hanno. Loving sister-in-law of Ruth Manishin. Much loved companion of the late Leon Rivchin. Born in Newark NJ, daughter of Henrietta (Leibo) and Dr. Samuel Jaffe, she graduated Colby College in Waterville ME. Ruth lived life to the fullest surrounded by her devoted family and many close friends. Remembrances may be made to the juvenile diabetes research foundation (JDRF.org). Graveside Services will be held at Sharon Memorial Park on Monday July 10, 2017 at 10:45 am.
