Ruth S. Krauss

Krauss-Ruth (Shabsels), of Dedham, MA formerly of Brighton, Brookline, and Hyannis, MA, passed away on December 13, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Herbert Krauss. Devoted mother of Dr. Dennis Krauss and his wife Paula of Barrington, RI, and Moultonboro, NH, Sandra Berkowitz of Marina Bay, MA, and dear friend Robert Webber of Watertown, MA, Beverly and her husband Michael Hugo of Framingham, MA, & Raymond, ME, and Robert Krauss and his wife Margaret Albright of Newtonville, MA. Ruth was predeceased by her loving son Malcolm Krauss. Cherished grandmother of Jeff and Greg Krauss, Emily Grossberg, Audrey Winter Driben, Elissa Owen, Carly, Mark, & Matt Hugo, Stephanie Dickerman, & Jonathan Krauss. Proud great grandmother of Lila, Eva, Ella, Jake, Zack, Jake, and Samantha. Services at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 1668 Beacon St., Brookline, MA on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 10:30 am. Following interment at Crawford St. Memorial Park, (Baker St., West Roxbury), memorial observance will be at the home of Elissa & Mark Owen, until 8 pm. Memorial observance will continue at the home of Robert Krauss and Margaret Albright on Thurs, from 1-4 & 6-8 pm. A memorial service will be held at NewBridge on the Charles, 7000 Great Meadow Rd., (3 South Great-Room), on Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 2-4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Religious Life Services at NewBridge on the Charles in memory of Ruth Krauss, 7000 Great Meadow Rd., Dedham, MA 02026.
