Ruth Posin Lappin of Boca Raton, Florida, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts entered into rest on August 11, 2026 at the age of 100. She was predeceased by her husband of 28 years, Dr. Herbert I. Posin, and her husband of 32 years, Dr. Paul W. Lappin. She was the cherished mother of Beth Uchill (Lawrence), Deborah Posin (Neil Jacobs) and Dr. Jonathan Posin (Dr. Catherine Mills). She was the loving grandmother to Rebecca, Joseph and John Uchill, Benjamin Jacobs (Emma Baratta), Samuel Jacobs (Bebe Howorth) and Alexander Jacobs (Maia). She was the proud great-grandmother to Athena, Daniel, Max and Nell Jacobs.
Funeral services and shiva are being held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
