Cherished father of Julie Silverman and Gessica Silverman & her husband, Alex Pollard. Dear brother of Martin Silverman and Richard Silverman. Fond uncle to Jodie Silverman and Neill Silverman and their families. Loving “brother” of Karen Henshaw.
Stephen was a role model, teacher of life with an indomitable spirit.
Services at Temple Beth Avodah, 45 Puddingstone Lane, Newton on Monday, November 20 at 12:00Noon. Burial at Or'Emet Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury. Following burial, memorial observance will be at his late residence until 7:00pm and continuing on Tuesday from 12-3:00pm and 7-9:00pm and on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 12-3:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, the American Parkinson Disease Association or Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
