I'm so sorry to hear of Val's passing...it's been many years since we've seen each other, but have many great memories of him. Condolences to his wife and children.

Val was one of my students when I was the Career Counselor at Framingham North High in the mid 80's. He was one of the kids that would always stick around after class to chat. He was so thoughtful. I still have the little Russian doll he gave me back then.

Even in high school, he always knew what he wanted. He was determined to have a career in law enforcement, despite the obstacles he faced.

I ran into him a while back outside of Dunkin' Donuts. It was so nice to see him again and know that he really enjoyed what he was doing.

I'm only a few years older than he, but I never thought I would be going to his funeral. I am so sad. My heart goes out to his family and all of his friends. Know that he loved you all very much.

I am admittedly at loss for words.
I can’t believe you are gone.
I will always think of you,
Val... as my brother.
Rest In Peace Dear Brother.
